Nothing is charged until you accept a quote. The payment is then taken by direct debit about a month before the party, so a quote accepted in September for a December night is paid in November. Cancel 14 days or more before the party and nothing is charged; if the payment has already been collected it comes back in full. Between 7 and 14 days out, half the act's quoted fee is paid to them and the rest is refunded. Inside 7 days the act is paid in full and the booking fee is charged.
