Our app Coming soonApprove the night. The app does the rest.

One app for the venue and the musician. The venue taps a night, the musician accepts it, and the act, the brief, the pay and the paperwork move on their own. It is coming soon. Until it lands, the same booking runs through app.opendawn.com.au.

Simple first

A night is a tap, a start time and send. Everything after that is ours.

Set your venue up once

Your room, your suburb, where the invoices go and the nights you tend to run. Five minutes, and never again.

Tap a night

Pick the date on the calendar, choose a start time and send it. That is the whole job.

We choose and brief the act

Matched to your room, briefed on your crowd and your finish, and confirmed in writing, usually the same day.

One invoice a week

Every Monday, for the week just played. A PDF, the same figures as a spreadsheet, and a summary for your accountant.

Customise it when you want to

Nothing to set up. Everything to adjust, if you ever feel like it.

Keep them or rotate them

Keep the act your regulars ask for, or hear somebody new every week. Change your mind any time, night by night.

The brief is yours

Your crowd, your volume, your finish time. Say it once and every act arrives knowing the room.

Your calendar, kept in step

Connect the calendar you already use and every confirmed night lands in it. Nothing to copy across.

Rate the night. Nobody sees it but the app.

After a night you can give it a star rating out of five. You never have to.

Try it. Tap a star.

A demonstration. Real ratings are anonymous: the musician never sees them, and neither does anyone else on this site.

A rating is not a review. It is how the app learns who belongs in your room.

The rating is optional, and it is never shown to the musician or anywhere on this site. It goes to the app and nowhere else. A high rating tells the app to book that musician for you again. A low one tells it they were not the fit, and it looks elsewhere next time.

The app also learns across venues and across artists. It looks for the patterns between the ratings a musician earns in rooms like yours, and uses them to predict who will do well in your room before they have played it. The more nights that run, the better it gets at that.

Until it lands, a venue books the same way at app.opendawn.com.au, and a musician joins the roster by sending us their live links.
